how to cook Chick eggless omelette

Some learn how to cook best by seeing. This demonstration video shows you how to make perfect eggless omelettes, every time.

preparation primer

Chick Eggless Omelette is not much different to prepare than an actual egg-based omelette. You just need a few simple tips to make your eggless omelette experience the best it can be.

shake

before using

Chick can settle during shipping, or after being in your fridge. Get all those ingredients reacquainted by giving the bottle a good shake before pouring it gently into the pan. After that, sort of tilt and swirl Chick to distribute it, so you get a nice big omelette and an even cook.

the pan

Ensure your pan or griddle is non-stick—either a Teflon-coated pan, or a ceramic-coated one. Cook Chick on medium-low heat. You’ll also need oil to keep it from sticking. For a superior experience, we recommend butter-flavoured oil, fat, or cooking spray, since omelettes are commonly cooked in butter.

bubbles
mean fixings time

Cover and cook for about 2 minutes. This allows the top and the underside to cook. When air bubbles begin popping up on the surface of the omelette, it’s time to add fixings. Put your favourites in a line down the middle. The key is to not overstuff the omelette.

the fold

Part of a great omelette is folding it in the pan—you may need a few tries to get it right. Pry your non-stick spatula around the edges of the omelette and make sure no part of it is sticking. Don’t fret if you don’t get it right the first time—you get to eat some tasty mistakes!

brown
lightly

Food is tastier when lightly crispy. Make sure to cook your omelette a little longer (maybe 2 minutes more, after your fold). If you’re feeling confident or have some skills in the kitchen, give it a flip to brown the other side.

enjoy!
